Frances is a Licensed Architect with over 24 years of experience in the design and construction industry.  She directs projects from conception to completion, applying her technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to the thoughtful planning, design, documentation, construction oversight and management of diverse project types.  She speaks the language of owners, designers and contractors alike, and has successfully coordinated project teams on a variety of project types. The breadth of her project experience includes educational, sports, commercial, government and healthcare facilities, single-multifamily residential developments and renovations, and various retail projects.
